The formation of ZF Trading UK Ltd from Sachs Boge (UK) Ltd and LMI GB Ltd in August 2004 was the first of many such mergers throughout the ZF Trading group. Now our parent company ZF Trading GmbH is completing its merger project by moving to a single SAP IT system.
The project has been running for some time now with the key objectives being to improve our quality of service and minimise the affects of the migration on our customers. This means that ZFTUK will also migrate to the new system, a process that will be completed by 3rd July 2006. To help us to achieve this, ZF Trading UK Ltd will be closed on Friday 30th June. Orders will be received and despatched as normal on Thursday 29th June. Please review summary of key dates below: 

After 3rd July you will see few obvious changes to the way in which you do business with us, since account numbers, part numbers, prices, payment terms, etc, will all remain the same. Document numbers will change, but old references for open items will still appear on your statements.
This is an exciting project for ZF Trading and one which will further enable us to provide the high quality customer service that our customers demand, with new services being offered over the coming months. The project’s objectives underline our goal to constantly improve and that quality of service is a fundamental part of our future success.
